In-Home Pickup
We love welcoming new puppy families into our home! This is our favorite pickup option, because it allows you to see firsthand the love, care, time, and effort that we put into providing you with the best puppy! We understand that this option will not be realistic for everyone, but if you are local or are able to make a road trip, we would love to personally meet and welcome you to our happy home!
Flight Nanny
We work closely with a group of dedicated “flight nannies.” These nannies will pick up the puppy from us at our local airport (CMH) and hand deliver him/her to you at your local airport. They accompany the puppy the entire time, flying with him/her in the main cabin. We have used these nannies many times and have always received great feedback about this process from our receiving puppy families. This delivery option has allowed us to spread our puppy love all over the country, even as far as California and Oregon! There is an additional charge to use this flight nanny service, but it varies depending on your location, the date of delivery, etc. Please contact us to receive a personalized delivery quote!
Delivery Meet-Up
If traveling all the way to our home in Delaware, Ohio is out of the question, we are able to drive up to an hour from our home in order to meet you, if that makes it easier for you. We offer this option at no additional charge. There may be situations where we can work out a different meeting arrangement, but any drive time over an hour will result in an additional mileage charge.
